I think for someone like him who trains so hard at his sport, strength and general physical preparation training should be kinda fun and easy...just to balance his body out and prevent injuries while improving his abilities but more and more I'm thinking that this may be optimal for someone of that level who puts so many countless hours into hitting pads and sparring. This guys the scariest striker in the UFC and also seems like a good dude. Always rooting for him!
