Listen, I want you to find that mental state that you were in when you started your kickboxing journey. (Hungry and passionate) Not saying that you aren't now, but I'm sure you know your full potential. You are a legend so believe it! Also believe these words: You "WILL" DOMINATE the middleweight class again and also the light heavyweight class by knocking out "you know who", so the world can see the HEART of Israel Mobolaji Temitayo Odunayo Oluwafemi Owolabi Adesanya.

Great form on the explosive drills. Very important to keep the form to avoid developing bad habits. Coach Beckley is right that many fighters are lacking there. Even the best boxers with the best footwork- you can see a few minutes into the fight those heels are flat on the mat and the footwork deteriorates. I'm looking forward to seeing the 3-time middleweight champion!

Those unilateral benches are really good for strengthening both parts of your chest and hands. To really balance the strength. So you could generate the same force equally. I do those all the time after a heavy bench. I also love those hip thrusts. I do those a lot, especially with the deadlift and kettlebells. The glutes are very important for maximizing power. The glutes are the largest muscle in the body. Core strength is also important. Especially when it comes to fighting. Every movement comes from the core and it stabilizes your body.

On accessories day like this, we do about 7 exercises, and thats not including the abs, shoulder and hip primers at the start. On strength days, about 5 exercises only. About the duration of the cycle, it changes. Usually about 4-5 weeks depending on what cycle we are on.
