The knee to a downed opponent 🤧 UFC would've had an entirely different history of champions if that was legal. 12-6 elbow, headbutts, and kicks/knees being legal at all positions like punches are. Dude that would've changed the game as a whole

You could hang it by a spring or nylon rope instead of chains. As for impact, maybe wrap an additional layer of padding around it?

Join a gym, train and work hard till they say ur ready. I promise u if youfight freelance you will get fucked up. Let your gym find you your matches when ur starting, as long as u trust them and know they care aboutu

There are a bunch of takwondo point system type places and maybe one or two boxing gyms. I just finished high school and did my last year of wrestling, I did do karate and boxing for the longest time but recently lost my teacher.

Because DJ is not fighting at his usual weight class at 125 and had to move up to 135 if i am not mistaken due to weight cutting rules in ONE FC so he's been fighting guys bigger than him since joining
