Let's say if you want to change a simple input field, how long does it take at ABB?

One thing they didn't mention, how do they group components based on the device they're used on? Do they have separate "input" files for desktop/web/mobile or are they centralized?

There is no solution for now. It is manual work in the future I will remove the component page from this file and create all Figma components and one central file.

Does documentation in figma live up to the needs of the whole company? Is it searchable and easily found? I worked with tools like DSM or Zeroheight for that documentation piece but Im wondering if figma does the job?!

We have a custom internal website similar to Zeroheight, which is accessible to the whole company, but for designers, Figma is doing a great job.
