The blending would be easier with red pastels. Cheaper and faster too.

What kind of pastels? Brands?

@@BoArtTakeOver I know this is incredibly late, but acrylic soft pastels. Any brand. Shave the pastels with the flat of a razer or sand paper, then dampen a cotton swab and dip it in the powder. Apply the powder to the recesses of the figure and then use a paint brush to brush away excess and pus the shading where you want it. Then seal with flat top coat.

If you use a little water for water soluble ink you can remove any ink you don't like. You can use lighter fluid or rubbing alcohol if you don't have water soluble ink.

Hey Dexter, I was looking up the SH Figuarts Super Saiyan Trunks (the one in the blue Saiyan armor from the Cell saga) and I can't tell if what I'm looking at are bootlegs or just regional differences. Basically there's two different packaging I keep seeing: -The first box has SUPER SAIYAN TRUNKS in all large letters on the front of the box in a single line. This box says Funimation on the front and has a safety warning. This box usually has a purple Toei animation sticker with a three on the front. The extra info on the back for this box is mostly in English. -The second box has SUPER SAIYAN in widely spaced out letters above TRUNKS and has no safety warning or mention of Funimation, but has a version of the Dragonball Z logo with the the Japanese characters for Dragonball beneath it and a black Toei animation sticker on the front. The extra info on the back is in Japanese and English on this box. I believe the second box to be legit since I found photos on a website that I trust, which has self-taken photos of figure boxes (not just promotional photos), but it seems odd that an official box would be missing a safety warning or any mention of Funimation. Is either box a bootleg box or is it just that they are English and Japanese release boxes? (sorry for the long post, I just wanted to ask since I didn't see any review for that figure and I know you have experience with bootlegs)

Hey! Great video, seriously impressive. I was wondering if you think the pen would work filling in First Form Frieza’s purple toenails. It irks me to no end that it has toenails but they aren’t black! It’s a glaring flaw on an otherwise pretty damn good figure. If you think it’d work, can this pen be bought at, say, Michael’s Arts and Crafts or Staples? Thanks!

These figures suck. The pieces break way too easily and are extremely tedious to out new or different pieces on. Not even worth the lowered price compared to sh figuararts. Not even CLOSE. the people who make these action figures should be embarrassed for doing so bad.
