Really good form. Just a question, when doing moves on the ice, the knee is generally always (slightly) bent. Would it make sense to also keep the knee slightly bent to also 'mirror' on ice activity? eg. during exercises where standing/bend forward & 1leg deadlift? thus utilizing the opportunity for training more stability around the knee. Maybe its the angle but the knee looks somewhat 'locked' into position...? Also, would you recommend training shoes that have a pivot spot in the shoe sole? (zumba/dance sneakers) eg. for when practicing turns, spins off-ice. Maybe it would lessen strain on the knee joint. Thx.

Yes- the knee should never be locked in any off-ice exercises involving the hinge movement. It may look locked but there is a slight knee bend...maybe the angle :)
