Zach is such an awesome teacher. He's extremely knowledgeable, but never comes across as arrogant or anything like that. He makes everything sound really simple and like anyone can do it with a little learnin'. Plus sometimes things don't always go according to plan. That's realistic and I appreciate how they show that kinda thing. Zach is a legend.

4:50, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE! if you had fuel in the cylinder and you pull a plug out and ground it to the block or something close and have someone crank the engine, the vaporized gas fumes can come out of the spark plug hole and ignite a fireball in your face when the spark plug sparks.

@@michaelpugh2617 it was mostly because i was driving and it cut out. So i go through the same route he goes through. Air was no problem no sensor and only a filter at the airbox so that was quickly done. Spark the cheapmans method just take a plug and check if it sparks. Compression the correct way is with a tester but you could always put your finger over the sparkplug hole. There was compression so i sprayed some starter fluid into the air intake and it fired right up so i knew it was fuel.
