VJ.. without prejudice to elections especially any episodes or parties. ? Any party talking about wages rate should address everyone I.e. Production models and equalivant comparable or conversion to tons for sugar cane... also models for people with merits... I.e $3.50 to $5.00....what the chain reaction... employer rate to reflect with increase .... model defining growth in income.....I.e if employers can't achieve profits, Risk analysis.....votes is marketing....ethical answers, models to demonstrate for greater potential... for wages KPIs etc, we have been there....gift for unskilled, money for Degree , experience?, experience with Degree? rate boz conversion factor salary & wages, than what increment should GM get than Director ...regularity increase... less expense....less overhead...less drawing...less vision for loss of income due change in marketing.... less establishment for today's...and allowance for future growth.....and than regularity percent for profit and anticipated growth.... Am I voting with merits or sales & marketing is powerful tools for elections....? To me am have subjected to blind votes or voting for future with calz, models, impact analysis.... NFP, SODELPA & HOPE are using the technique of Labour Party, such as proposing the increase of wage rate. Labour usually talks from the perspective of "EMPLOYEES", WHILE NFP usually talks from the perspective of "EMPLOYERS". Increasing minimum wage rate is good, but what does NFP has in store for "EMPLOYERS" ? Whats in the "package" ?
