FILET MIGNON STEAK WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients for Marination
Undercut (2 pieces) 4 to 6 ounce
crushed garlic 1 tsp
chili sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
hp sauce 1 tbsp
salt & black pepper ½ tsp
rose merry sauce ½ tsp
oil 2 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
Baked potato to serve
Boiled vegetables to serve
Ingredients for Salsa Sauce WRITTEN RECIPE :
Cucumber cut into tiny cubes 2 tbsp
Onion cut into tiny cubes 2 tbsp
Carrot cut into tiny cubes 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Ketchup ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Mix all together well.
METHOD FOR STEAK :
Marinate undercut pieces with all the given ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan, fry your steak for 10 mins on high flame till well done, add in the prepared salsa chopped, cook the steak for 2 mins, serve in a sizzler over a bed of cabbage and onion rings with sauce over top of steak with baked potato and boiled vegetable.
PIZZA BREAD WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients for Dough :
Flour 2 cups
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Bread improver ¼ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Pepperoni 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Warm water to knead
Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Filling :
Pizza sauce ½ cup
Onion chopped 1
Mozzarella cheese shredded ½ cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Ingredients for Topping :
Egg for wash 1
Mozzarella shredded ¼ cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Pepperoni slices as required
METHOD :
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, knead to a soft smooth dough with warm water, cover, and leave it for 1 hour, punch down the dough, roll to oblong, spread with filling and pepperoni, roll like a swiss roll, put in a loaf pan, spread with topping, bake for 30 mins on 180 D.
SAWAIYON KI KHEER WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients
Milk 1 -1/2 kg
Colored Vermicelli 5 tbsp
Tapioca 2 tbsp
Green cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Screw pine a few drops
Almonds and pistachios sliced 2 tbsp
Silver paper to garnish
METHOD :
Boil milk with tapioca for 10 mins, add in vermicelli, when slightly thick, add cardamom powder and crew pine, transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with almonds and pistachio, and silver paper, serve cold.
