Hello! It's a wonderful guide, but still I have some questions left: 1) Country of birth - I was born in the USSR, which doesn't exist anymore. Should I put Russia instead of it or should I put the USSR? 2) In the instruction video you didn't put plus in the phone number - is it not necessary? 3) In Russia people have an interesting form of name - patronymic ("отчество"). Should I put it in the "middle name" box or just leave it blank?

Hello, my husband came to the United States with a tourist visa and was traveling to and from Mexico for about 10 years. Part 5 #1-5, what if you filed and got a K1 visa in the past, is that considered a petition and you'd answer "yes"? If so what if it was over 15 years ago so you can't remember the details like the date filed?

No, it wouldn't be considered a petition for K-1. K-1 is an non-immigrant visa category that requires form I134.

Hello, I have a question regarding the I-130 application. I have downloaded the file onto my hard drive and I am using Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat. I want to mail my application. On page 2, part 2 of the application. "Mailing address" and "Address History". Specifically line numbers 10a to 11. Here is my observation and question. My mail is sent to the same address as my physical address. I have lived at this address over five years. So, at line number 11, I checked "YES". Here is where I am stuck. The form will not allow me to type my current address into the Physical address 1. Lines 12a through 13b. Do I fill my current address in Physical Address 2, Lines 14a through 15b? If so, it would not let me type "PRESENT" on line 15b. Should I leave all of these lines blank? How will I convey that I have lived at my address for over 5 years? Should I fill in lines 12a through 13b by hand? I appreciate any help you can provide, Thank you so much for your help.
