At right (4:34) was Bacel's, a photo studio where I always had my passport photo made. At left (4:38) was the "notorious" FireHouse where we drink merrily the night away. Ermita mini-playground (5:37) where my "kumpares" (close friends) picked girls...hahaha. At right was Ermita Center (6:30) where I set up an editorial office to send my newsphotos around the world. Wow, how time flies😃

The lady said baywalk cuz thats the name of the area. Dolomite is the type of “sand” that they placed on that man made beach. Its more of an attraction. swimming is not allowed because of the condition of the water. They are making efforts to clean the water enough for swimming one day. They shut down Boracay island for 6 months because of the pollution. Manila Bay is gonna be a generational project tho.

historically manila bay was known for its clean water..but time pass by and it was a disaster beach and full of trash..but now look at that thou it is man made beach(dolomite beach) it regains its cleanliness... hoping someday it is swimmable 😅😊
