You can make calamansi juice. Just quiz 1 or 2 calamansi in a glass, add a spoon of sugar, cold water or with ice and then stir. It’s like lemonade juice

It's probably the lemongrass that made our lechon manok taste different from when they cooked one before. Good thing the kids are used to Filipino flavours even before coming here, they just enjoy them now. Even Rodik came back for lechon manok. 😍 Vanya will soon learn to make calamansi juice. 😊

Andrei u can buy much cheaper fish if its in the morning, go near at the shore there should be a fisherman there. just ask them, if they have fish to sell, mostly its very cheap, i had once bought a fish worth 2000 pesos, it was a lot, if i bought it in a fish market mybe i paid around 5000 then
