Lol John does the immediate neck and lower back crack reliefs on me all the time & it works right away! I was so hesitant the first time thinking he’d kill me at first haha but it really does alleviate the tension & tightness. We just had sisig last night. I prefer bistek & John loves sisig. The eggs just top it off!

I like both but I can eat bistek tagalog everyday! It's so easy to make both actually. Sisig can be made with any grilled meat. Just saute the diced grilled meat in onions and garlic then put in lime juice then put some chopped onions and chili. While bistek just marinade the meat in lime, lots of black pepper, soy sauce. Then saute lots of onions and put in the meat. When almost done pour in the marinade, simmer then top with onions. 😍

Filipino food is barbecued a lot because a lot of Philippines are in areas where there is no electricity and use wood or charcoal to cook on making a lot of pinoy cooking delicious. My theory Love pinoy chicken on squers

James Le I don't wear Icy Hot anymore because I once put on TOO much (got carried away) and I was freezing for HOURS that I went to wash it off. Bad mistake because then I was burning for hours that I needed an ice pack! 😂 I guess using the patches is fine vs putting the ointment on.

Bistek for sure! I’ll pass on the sisig. Mark, you can cook the bistek in a slow cooker but on the stovetop is just as good. You would just have to let it simmer for awhile so the meat can get tender. Just look up “bistek tagalog” for the recipe. It’s super delicious.
