Mindanao seems to be a very interesting and gorgeous island but even typical Filipinos like me would never even consider going there except maybe for GenSan and Davao. I just think its a region with a lot of potential just suppressed by the threat of terrorism. I have no doubt that if there were no such terrorists in Mindanao it would be very progressive and attract lots of visitors to see the beauty of the region.

This is almost as beautiful as the Eleven Islands of Zamboanga City. The latter have more diverse features though from a wide expanse of powdery white sand beaches and sanbars to stunning rock formations, unspoilt greeneries to a natural infinity pool.Great snorkeling and short trekking experience I had recently. I know you have been to Sta Cruz Island previously but it has almost nothing on the Eleven Islands.Don't take my word for it, you have to experience it yourself. Keep safe always.

I think Mindanao has some of the prettiest beaches here in the Philippines. Some of my personal favorites are in Sulu. And yes, massive shout out and respect to the PNP who provides security to everybody! Really aquarium clear water and fine white sand to rival Boracay's and Balabac in Palawan. Nothing beats the beaches of the Philippines!

Watching you all the from Saudi Arabia..I'm also from Zamboanga Sibugay, particularly in the Municipality of Malangas, I haven't there for a quite long time, but I've heard there's a lot of new development there,, thanks to the recent mayor for his progress in his service since he was elected. You can also try to visit Malangas, we have also nice amazing beaches there and mangrove like "the RED sand" and "Muyong Island".good thing they give you and escort, just in case.
