Filipino STREET FOOD! Philippines, Manila!

I never tried Filipino street food, but i was shocked in some of the different varieties they have to offer. I believe chicken was my favorite. The cow brains were not for me, but I still tried everything else. The people are so friendly in the Philippines.

the Street food PARES is different in the traditional or in other restaurants. the Traditional Pares is more sweet of the sauce. but I prefer this Street food pares. I enjoy it. ☺️ Actually the PARES in English means PAIR, because the Beef with sauce or/ and soup is paired with the Rice!. ☺️

Hahaha from pares to pare's.. Yeah man! pinoy also called pare in other country means like kumpadre, brother, homie, buddy, friend somethin like that. But in pinoy wedding when you make someone as a godfather of your kid he become your kumpare/pare and your kid is hes godchild.. But this street food as far as i know its called pares coz its tagalog translation of "pair" coz its always serve it in two bowls,e for the soup with meat and always with rice. Anyways thats one of my favorite streetfood unli refill soup. i love it when it thick soup

The street food culture in PH is tamer compared to our Asian neighbors particularly Bangkok and Jakarta. In Metro Manila, authorities don’t allow people to sell or put food stalls along sidewalks. Some violators are arrested and their stuff confiscated.
