Great videio. I love Philippines street food. The chicken head I had was all bone, not much meat. My favorite is shrimp/fish tempura on a stick. Enough beer in me I also like the balut a lot. Make sure to ask for some salt to go with the Balut. BBQ pork blood isn't bad either. Sometimes I buy fresh fish like a boneless bangus (milkfish) at a market, then have a street chef cook it for me. The only thing that really scares me is the hot dogs. Cheaper than chicken guts makes me scared of what is in them.

I lived in the Philippines when I was six. My favorite food was Pancit and Carobou meat. Mangosteens were like candy to me. You are really digging into the exotic there

Thanks for being so brave for us Dan! Personally I am not even a fan of boiled eggs so balut is just too much for me. Durian is right up my alley though and mangosteen is one of my all time favourites!! Happy Travels
