Thanks for the health tips. I maintain a healthy weight 140, am 5.4 in height. Don't drink any juice or eat sweet, only water. I eat my veggies and use organic products. I only snack on nuts, eat fruits, and exercise. Not forgetting my Heavenly FATHER word each day to nourish me, and give me His wisdom and understanding.

My current "morning elixir" is homemade clove tea, a piece of lemon squeezed and dropped in, and haritaki powder, approx 1/2 teaspoon. The clove tea is for bald spots at my temples, which are gone after approx 4 months of drinking. The haritaki to cleanse my pineal gland of fluoride, and constipation, and of course the benefits of lemon. My hair had a lot of gray in addition to the thinning and bald spots. I liked the silver, but it is almost gone as well. I had red hair until 2 bouts of Covid in the same year, when it lost all the red and became more gray. Now it is a golden brown and almost to my waist, very silky. I will be 69 soon, so surprise! Love you so much, doctor. You brighten every day.

I have used chia seeds for years, but be warned they swell to ten times their size. What a do is use my coffee grinder and grind to a powder, 1 teaspoon in my shake , water, protein power, kale, blue berries, a little monk fruit to sweeten. This is a super drink I have used for over 15 years and lost 85 pounds in 7 months doing so. Wait at least an hour before taking your vitamins as this drink may block absorption. AND, drink fluids afterwards. This is filling and makes you feel great. Lots of fiber.❤

I take a small cup, fill it about 1/3 full with Chia seeds, add in a little bit of goat milk, or oat milk, Stir it around really good, add some Stevia sweetener, or honey, a couple of drops of vanilla, and a little bit of whole fat organic whipping cream. Stir it all in again and then let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. The Chia seeds get all fluffy and gelatinous and the entire cup gets super firm and you have a wonderful delicious pudding!

I love that fact that I live in Norway. We have much stricter rules for healthy food. Raw Honing isn't a thing here. Raw honing is honing and everything else is not allowed to be called 'Honing' here 🤩 Also comforting is the fact that steroids are totally forbidden here. Like heroine for example..

And usually ice cold straight from the mountains. But stay away from Norwegian salmon. That is the most toxic food you can eat. Sometimes corruption also strikes here. When the minister of fisheries and her family also owns one of the biggest fish food production companies 😉

Just to be clear, Norwegian salmon really is uneatable. The scientists that did the tests I saw actually turned pale when he saw the results. 7 times more toxic than anything he ever tested. There are videos about it on KZbin but they are blocked in Norway 😳

Twice a day i drink a blend of Lemon,Lime(with peel on), raw Garlic and Ginger (with skin on) Flaxseed, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Turmeric, Cayenne pepper, Honey, Extra virgin Olive oil and Apple Cider vinegar. I mix it with water and all these ingredients are so good for me and tasty too! I will give this a try even though I don’t like lemon or lime! I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, make my protein shakes, have personal trainer + walk 15-20min on my breaks at work. I’m slightly toner now after ONE year but have barely lost 5lbs, even though I eat healthy and work hard!! I went to my Dr for bloodwork and everything came back great! But he said he was 99% sure it my birth control (depo shot) that i e been on for 10+ years, so im no longer on it, I’m just hoping for the best. I just wish I Looked as good as I feel 😞
