For anybody interested here’s an amazing 10 min Alfredo sauce recipe I made. It’s cream cheese based like the pasta she made here which makes it one of the best Alfredo sauces I ever had. My family/in laws love it so much they want me to bottle it & sell it. *Ingredients* 4 oz cream cheese 1 pint heavy cream 1 stick of butter 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2c Mozzarella (optional) 1c grated Parmesan (get it from the cheese section not the one in the green bottle) Seasonings: Salt, pepper,lawrys seasoning salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley *Directions:* 1. Put cream cheese, butter, & heavy cream in pot til it melts together 2. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, & garlic 3. Season to taste 4. Stir until cheese is melted & serve

If you have molasses, brown sugar is easy to make yourself! 1 cup white sugar, 1 tbsp molasses. Mix in a kitchenaid and then tada! Brown sugar

One time, after a very long & busy day, I still needed to prep ingredients for crockpot veggie beef soup. I have arthritis in my hands (among other things), which makes holding & gripping knives difficult and dangerous; dangerous because I also get hand spams. I was using baby carrots for my soup, but I still needed each cut into halves or thirds. Suddenly, I spied my pizza cutter and thought, why not? That pizza cutter made quick & easy work out of cutting those baby carrots, as well as several other ingredients I put into that soup. I may never use a knife for small veggie/herb cutting again!
