Fill Your Freezer!! Freezer Meal Prep! 7 Recipes to Feed Yo' Family!

Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this freezer meal prep! With everything going on in the world right now it wouldn't hurt to have some freezer meals prepped ready to go in your freezer; less work for you, and less grocery shopping! I always love to have freezer meals on hand for those busy days that turn into busy nights and as the clock ticks away I realize, I have nothing prepared. On those days I can throw a freezer meal straight from the freezer to a hot oven and in about one hour it's ready to eat! (regardless of how the directions tell me to defrost it. lol)

For anybody interested here’s an amazing 10 min Alfredo sauce recipe I made. It’s cream cheese based like the pasta she made here which makes it one of the best Alfredo sauces I ever had. My family/in laws love it so much they want me to bottle it & sell it. *Ingredients* 4 oz cream cheese 1 pint heavy cream 1 stick of butter 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2c Mozzarella (optional) 1c grated Parmesan (get it from the cheese section not the one in the green bottle) Seasonings: Salt, pepper,lawrys seasoning salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley *Directions:* 1. Put cream cheese, butter, & heavy cream in pot til it melts together 2. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, & garlic 3. Season to taste 4. Stir until cheese is melted & serve

If you have molasses, brown sugar is easy to make yourself! 1 cup white sugar, 1 tbsp molasses. Mix in a kitchenaid and then tada! Brown sugar

One time, after a very long & busy day, I still needed to prep ingredients for crockpot veggie beef soup. I have arthritis in my hands (among other things), which makes holding & gripping knives difficult and dangerous; dangerous because I also get hand spams. I was using baby carrots for my soup, but I still needed each cut into halves or thirds. Suddenly, I spied my pizza cutter and thought, why not? That pizza cutter made quick & easy work out of cutting those baby carrots, as well as several other ingredients I put into that soup. I may never use a knife for small veggie/herb cutting again!

You are the best. Serious love coming from the homestead! Just because I can’t resist (bread baking is a passion of mine)... I use 8-9 cups of flour in my bread recipe and only 4.5 tsp of yeast- make a note on your recipe for next time (save you some yeast!!). Love love your videos!

The mini calzone in my country (Uruguay) are called "empanadas". It is one of our traditional meals; there are many fillings but the most common ones are cows meat with hard boiled eggs, bell peppers, onions and olives or ham and cheese. They are delicious!
