Part 1: Filler for powder coat test - JB Weld

Restoring a bumperette for my 81 Jeep CJ and testing out filling in some rust pock marks. Compared JB Weld to a zinc primer powder. Surprisingly the topcoat black powder wouldn't stick to the primer powder base but did a nice job sticking to the JB Weld which also seemed to hold up well to the heat. Planning to a confirmatory follow-up test in the next week.
