There are many videos on filleting fish, and there are a few out there that deal with filleting redfin (English Perch). In this video I will show you how to achieve redfin fillets that contain absolutely no bones, and also apply the same technique to small redfin. When I was a child, we caught and ate many reddies, but they were always cooked whole, and the barrage of small bones put me off eating them. In later years I discovered how easy they were to fillet with 100% removal of bones, and after a bit of trial and error, and filleting 1000's of redfin, I settled on this method.
