I love their spices. They are a fraction of the cost as in the store. The best black pepper I've ever tasted and the best onion powder. And when I buy a gallon of coconut oil or olive oil that. That feels like a fraction of the cost

I leave my frozen cheese on the counter for a half a day and it doesn't crumble. I let it warm up to room temperature

Miss Wanda, maple syrup is also really good in coffee in place of those flavored creamers. I have also been trying to cut back on those creamers and maple syrup has been working well!

I discovered Keto first. My sister with MS started reducing carbs, but it was too late. I discovered carnivore too late to help my loved ones. I would be doing better if I wasn't so addicted to ice cream. I am working on it. When I am good my joints do not hurt and I sleep good.

My lady friend takes a spoonful of honey and apple cider everyday .She don't have any major ailments such as blood pressure or diabetes .She just had a hip replacement but she has worked since she was 16 years old and sill works at a factory in Madison , Indiana .She lives where the Ohio River is at her back door, Did I mention that she will soon be 77 yrs.old.

When I freeze my sliced cheese, I cut parchment paper squares and put it between the slices before I plastic wrap and aluminum foil it for the freezer. No freezer burn, just let thaw, no breakage.

I that as well, and then vac-seal and into the freezer. I didn't want to eat grated anymore because of cellulose. Some use potato starch instead. But we like slices best.

We use the foodsaver for half of the cheese block. That keeps it good a lot longer.

Jovial brand organic pasta is made from brown rice and water. Best gluten free pasta I’ve ever eaten. The texture is perfect. So happy I found a pasta I can eat and enjoy without gluten.

I started by ordering Staples like organic flour. Then of course I had to try their honey and maple syrup and coconut oil.. the spices are so much better tasting and so much cheaper than in the store black pepper and onion powder so much better

That raspberry honey is my favorite! It has a richer flavor. Unfortunately it's too expensive for us now, so we order less expensive. The Maple Groves syrup is AMAZING, very much like my grandfather's! In glass, so awesome! Wait for a sale if you can and price is more like other brands.

IMO, the best oils are cold pressed in small amounts, as needed. I found a REALLY GOOD oil press: it’s a manual that can be modified for a motor and it’s a cold expeller. It’s not (for me) even too expensive. I’m already researching olives, nuts, and avocados for zones 8-9, and there’s a book on how to that’s on back order. When I start thinking, I get dangerous, but He loves a cheerful giver. Be richly blessed.

I have to be honest. I dread it when big KZbinrs post these hauls because I've been ordering from them for years. Not once have I gotten a credit for the people I referred to them. Note: You're right that you can keep a sale price by putting it in your cart (even if the price goes back up before your order cut-off), but if you change the quantity of that item in your cart after the sale ends, it will update to the non-sale price.
