I'm in East Coast of Canada. Feel like we have lots of simularities to the UK. Our kids also start school at age 4 - we call it pre-primary. I'm excited for the warmth of the sun of my face... regularly!

I am 37 and this year I started pottery coz I needed to force myself to do something else rather than working. It was hard at first, because I didn't have the patience to wait for every step until the final result and my perfectionist mind made everything more difficult. However, now I love it and I what I am doing now is making pottery at home!

Crochet is a very easy hobby to learn on KZbin. Coco Bella gives very clear instructions, in both left and right handed, and with either English or American crochet terms (yes, there is a difference). And the great thing is, you can pause and catch up, or go back as many times as you need. Much easier to follow along that way than to just read instructions.

I’m excited to finish my foundation degree this summer! I’m a Trainee Nursing Associate apprentice in the NHS and our teaching finishes in June. It’s been such hard work, but it will all be worth it when I get my registration and PIN! I am most excited about longer days! And hopefully finding a flute teacher - I started learning the flute two years ago and haven't had a teacher in a while and really need a decent one! Not quite true, groep 1 is part of the basis school, so primary school. School is mandatory from 5, butost start at 4. Preschool is what is often called 'peuterspeelzaal'.

The LRP sounds promising, I’ve had the same issue due to perimenopause. The last part chatting about hobbies and inspiration definitely made me think about a few things l'd love to try going back to. Your plate was lovely, you've definitely got the knack for arty things. I didn't know about reception (Scotland) but feel the response was a bit much, you were talking about Grey's School. In answer to your question I'm looking forward to coming down south in the Summer to see family l've not seen for ages and a nice holiday somewhere warm. 'Reception' is NOT a UK thing - just England. We don't do that in Scotland, we start in Primary 1 and count our school years differently. We have primary 1-7 then Secondary 1-6. Please remember that the UK isn't just England.
