I have court on 6th July but my legal aid is taking time and courts have refused to delay by saying its best interest in kids to not delay evem though kids in my care what can be done

Hello my partner wants to have written or legal arrangements with specific days and time i.e Christmas day, birthdays and picking up/dropping off arrangements with his ex. He wants something in writing because she does message him verbal abuse and she wants everything on her terms. What can he do so that there is little contacted needed from her and for him to and his children to have continuity with these seeing them? Thank you @legalqueen
