One of the silver linings of our current climate is that a lot of great acting coaches in the bigger markets have started doing virtual classes. So you definitely have access to more options and great training.

I dont have a lot of theater experience, but definitely had more theater than film experience before my first audition several years ago. I knew when I walked out of that room that I had accidentally fallen into that theater acting pattern and to this day I have to work on recognizing and consciously adapting to my setting when I work on TV shows and movies.
