No team can lose their top two backs and run well...good to see Mixon and Pierce back. Haven't had them since week 1

Diggs was a good trade for us. Steps up as WR1 when he needs to but plays a good WR2 when we have Collin’s. And a lot of these big runs he is out there blocking. The thing I like most tho is him protecting the ball almost every time he catches it. He covers it with two hands just to make sure he doesn’t fumble
@robcanisto8635Ай бұрын
I stay laughing at Bills fans who were like "oh Diggs was a problem, he was the reason we weren't winning omg our team is so much better without him." lol Buffalo fans are the worst

Absolutely incredible breakdown boys! I think I'm in the market for a Trap Family T-Shirt. Trap, wham, and crunch: like the rice crispy guys but with a lot more beef.

It's good to see Pierce get in some good runs. There is a lot of negativity in the Houston podcast world. He looked great. So I guess the Texans offensive line is pretty good after all.

There is a lot of negativity about pierce in Houston because we’ve given him how many years now to prove himself and we still give him the #2 spot when he clearly didn’t earn it. I personally thing Dare earned that spot and I think he’s a more versatile back than pierce. And you’re basing our o-line off a game against the worst team in the NFL. Our line has been bad and sure they played well Sunday but every other week they have almost always been the reason why games are close
@MrGmoneygregАй бұрын
@@EyeNeedAllDatstop it. He wrecked his rookie year. Went to a new scheme last year and ran zone. We aren’t running as much zone runs like we did last year. So all of it was schematic. Plus our oline this year is a lot better a run blocking.
@ACButlerVOАй бұрын
@@EyeNeedAllDat "we gave pierce how many years" 1, you gave him one bad year and gave up on him. He was the lone bright spot his rookie year. Had one down year transitioning to a system he wasnt drafted for and expect him ro be given up on this year. FOH
@danielvandusen5724Ай бұрын
@ACButlerVO Damn, it was ridiculous how many fans and sportscasters thought he didn't deserve a roster spot, much less the title RB#2. Granted, it's been a small sample size, but Peirce has equal Mixon's yards per carry every game they've played so far. But they still want his head and refuse to give the guy a chance. I'm just glad the coaching staff still believe in him.

@danielvandusen5724Ай бұрын
@Daveduncan49 Actually, he had a great game week 1 as well. In every game they've played so far, Peirce has the exact same yards per carry as Mixon. Granted, not a large sample size, but he has produced and taken advantage of every opportunity to prove he deserves the RB#2 title.

Gonna have to disagree with one of the toughest olines, they have not played well this year. tons of penalties and several of them just getting pushed around. they did better this game but against the packers well see.
