So would it be generally correct to say that the producer is more in charge of the strategic decisions and approach to the overall process of making the movie happen ("producing" it) and the line producer is more on the operative side of things, executing the steps necessary that the producer laid out?

Gitonga Mwaniki basically a who provides everything for the set. It's not just about Financial thing but also the assets for the project.

The Executive Producer is the financier, the Producer manages the people who finance

dear creative live can you pitch my movie idea to producers I have no script or experience at all in movie making but I'm dying to be in movies. how can I get started especially when I have no highschool diploma. I need to make these movies cuz my people Indian -Trinidadians face a lot of racism I hope by making movies people would learn to love our culture . I want to make a movie called brownnio to the rescue its a action -comedy story some what based on my real life. the story is about an Indian - Trinidadian guy who was racially picked on in school they thought he was Arab. he grows up to be the first brown super hero he gets his name brownnio from the word cheerios. and decides to fight anti -Indian -Trinidadian hatred where ever he finds it. but despite his efforts indo - Trinidadians don't support him but he gets their support in the end .my story can't fit on you tube so now I'm going to write another message to you.
