When we talk about or engage in science we have a very limited definition that requires things to be able to be observed and replicated. For that reason, things that we know are true, are not science. For example, your voice inside your head? I have that too, so does probably everybody. But it cant be observed, so even though it undoubtedly exists, it is not "proven".

Controlling the gravity around them could be possible throughq making the light particles under/next to him move faster so he pushes himself up. No idea about warping across the planet. As for the time travel it is, in theory, possible to make time move back. You can do this through making particles go faster than the speed of light. There's probably some theory out there explaing it, don't have it with me right now...
