There is a flaw in this methodology, depending on your O rings the expansion has a chance of pushing Antman out Thanos's back door. It mostly depends on how far Scott goes in before growing and the abilities of Thanos's sphincter (though a weaker sphincter works save Thanos). It doesn't detract from the result, but it deserves mentioning.

The way Ant-Man defeats Thanos is actually simpler. ~ Take Cap's shield then shrink down to ant size with it. ~ Place a timed capsule of the blue "grow" particles onto the shield. ~ Jump up onto Thanos' head and throw the shield deep into Thanos' ear. ~ Jump back off of Thanos and wait until the timer on the "grow" particles expires. Pretty sure Thanos' head couldn't handle a 2 foot diameter, vibranium shield suddenly expanding deep in his ear canal next to his brain.

MatPat! I have a theory. What would happen if Antman entered through Thanos' nose or ear and got into his brain? With the right tools, he could probably kill that grape. As a damaged rectum will not immediately affect the rest of the body, Thanos could heal it in time, using his BRAIN. But a brain is needed for the rest of the body to function. If Scott targeted the brain stem and used explosives, do you think that he would be able to kill Thanos? The brain stem is responsible for controlling body functions like breathing and heart rate, and also controls interaction with the rest of the body. So is this possible?
