This isn't just about how he was in the movie, he was very disturbing as an actor as well. If you want a full list you should google for it, but it includes things like sending alive and dead animals to other actors, and just being an asshole to some of the staff to stay "in character"

I feel like it is an injustice not to include the animated Jokers in this. When people list off the different Jokers in general, they at least include Mark Hamill's Joker from Batman: The Animated Series. Wait, wasn't there a Joker in that 2002 Bird of Prey TV series too?

Except we only had some mentioned crimes, the incitement of Harleen replacing him once he was put in Arkham, and genetic tampering for a cloned super soldier to replace him. So yeah, probably enough crimes to be in between Barry and Phoenix basically.
