To be fair, the original godzilla movies were ridiculous as hell. Japan balanced cool and scary godzilla and also goofy godzilla, and now America is just leaning into that absurd essence. Is the way he runs realistic to hoe a giant lizard would? Absolutely not... but neither is a giant radioactive lizard realistic
