Hey Julia. I really enjoyed this video. You’re a very accomplished, focused and productive lady. You’re very beautiful also. Having been through an eating or rather a condition where I abstained from eating to be thin, I can recognise identifiers that worry me in you. I can see you have lost a lot of weight. I find you more attractive with a little more weight on. That’s when you look at your optimum and like a sensual woman. Please don’t fall into the trap of believing you look most desirable or impressive when you’re stick thin. I hope you take care of yourself. I hope you can fight the urge to starve yourself so you can be at a certain size or weight. What I’m saying is not criticism. It’s coming from a place of care.
