Bernard Fox from Britain [Wales] was always a great character actor working in American TV and films, very versatile...he was known a s Dr. Bombay, a recurring role in Bewitched, and appeared on Hogan's Heroes a few times, and many other Tv series, and films, some Disney films....when he showed up on a show, you knew he'd offer something funny and interesting, and really added to the show's quality. one of those actors where you'd say, "Hey, there's that English guy, he's funny."
