The radio station exterior looks to be a replica of WPTF in the Raleigh-Durham area in North Carolina, where the Duffer Brothers are from-or a doctored shot of the actual WPTF, which has an actual complete tower, and larger trees nearby. Hellraiser III- Hell on Earth hoodie it looks like Ross Duffer is wearing.. maybe they will take some inspiration from that film for season 5? 🤷‍♂️ they do reference movies from every decade not just the 1980s.. and season 4 took some influence from Hellraiser, along with obviously A Nightmare On Elm Street.. there's definitely a jump to late 1987 or 1988.. think the epilogue will take us to 1989.. but i do think it will pick up in Spring 1986 possibly, then be like Avengers Endgame and jump ahead 🤷‍♂️

Based on how much Noah Schnapp hates Wills hair and that this is the last season that is focused a lot more on Will I think we will get the first new Will Haircut since the show started this season. Based on the fact that every single character seems to have a new haircut after the time-jump IT WOULD MAKE SENSE for that to happen with the time-jump for Will as well... ...BUT I have for a long time now believed that there is a reason the Duffers kept his Haircut in at least Season 3 and 4 like it was the first two seasons and that is because him changing his Haircut is going to happen when he finally stops repressing his personality which would for climatic reasons probably happen way later in the season (I also still think that together with his personality he has also been repressing the powers he got when "One" infiltrated his mind and that this moment will mean he finally can be himself, unlocks the full potential of his powers AND GETS A NEW HAIRCUT) To be honest I really hope that if something of that sort will happen we will not get set-photos of Wills new Haircut before actually seeing it when the show releases because that would honestly be kind of taking away from the impact that scene could have
