this reminds me, this was about the only time they took a cheaply made bad horror movie and make it into a short lived cartoon in the late 80s only it was called "The toxic Crusader".

It's weird how some movies act like people are so mean - if someone falls into a vat of chemicals and has their skin melting, a crowd of people won't just start laughing Also, there's a big ass difference between pranking someone, and murdering them. Even after he defends people later, he still brutally killed a couple people who didn't deserve death in the beginning
