Thank you so much. I wondered how to fill them. Nice video!

You can basically fill them with your favorite savoury filling ;) Try Mexican style black beans for example.

These looked really good! You make it look so easy wrapping them up. They would probably fall apart on me! lol. I liked that you decided to bake them as a healthier option. Thanks for sharing!

This is new. Never tried samosa with filo pastry. These must be very nice & crispy. And they look absolutely delicious too. Loved❤ it.

Ok, can we talk about that crispy crunch when you broke it apart? Looks so yum, I love samosas but have never known how to make them. Love how you added the beans too.
@spicenplants66504 жыл бұрын
Yeah the crunch was so soothing! The best part about samosas is that you can add pretty much anything. From crumbled tofu to Mexican spiced beans. Whatever your imagination desires ;)

mmm this looks so yummy! I love samosas but I usually don't buy them because they are deep-fried. I should try making them myself! I love this healthier alternative!
@spicenplants66504 жыл бұрын
Yeah, exactly they are not the healthiest snack! Baking them barely uses any fat and you don't miss out on crispiness.

omg I love indian cuisine and they usually have a lot of veg options which is great! can these be made good without oil?
@spicenplants66504 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! In this recipe I didn't use any oil. Just some vegan butter to seal the filo pastry. You can also use plant based milk instead of vegan butter.
