it is definitely richard patricks voice, but i think this is some movie sound track stuff he was working on. Dont ever expect to hear this on a filter lp its just not gonna happen. I mean filter has stayed consistent to a guitar, bass, drums, vocals rock sound in fact Brian liesegang left the band cuz rich didnt want to take the sound to "radiohead" type electronic territory.
