I knew Perry was guilty from the very beginning when he asked why he they needed him to come to the precinct to answer some questions and give a DNA sample. Their focus was on the girl, Brad and Shun. Perry knee he was going to get away with it because they never suspected him. This is my favorite show. Two thumbs up L&O S.V.U. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

From what I understood the scene said that they would drop the charges of rape and murder but Olivia was asking them to not let him get away with the robbery and drugs and Carisi replies that he doubts anyone on his floor has the stomach to pursue the lesser charges (implying it’s because of the mood surrounding law enforcement) That’s what I understood I may have to go back.

I seriously hate how people have used COVID as a convenient scapegoat. But taking this scene for example: the girl who was killed didn't want to get close to this guy because of COVID, yet decides to go 180 on that excuse when it came to having a threesome with her roommates.
