Maybe just use iMovie which is free and then step up when ready for final cut. I think Erik Conover edited a lot of his early videos with iMovie and he is huge now..

These are very basic video editing that iMovie can already do and it’s free. Final Cut is too expensive for these easy work. And Final Cut Pro is not for iPad or iPhone. To use Final Cut Pro, you need a laptop or desktop. It’s expensive in my opinion. Unless Apple can update to get Final Cut Pro for cheaper or give Final Cut Pro to iPad Pro.
