Nice to see you're almost there. My suggestion is getting rid of everything that needs to go away first. A couple of rubbish bags? An old jacket that can't even be donated? Out with them first, even if only to make room and having less stuff to deal with, which can be visually overwhelming.

If you have a Habitat for Humanity store in your area you can call them to pick up the furniture you do not want and you can donate what you are not selling . They come and move it for you, just a thought and you would not have to move it yourself.

I was thinking the same as another comment I just read about you having pretty things. I think you should display them. I know you’re just renting so you can’t add shelving to the walls. But maybe some type of stand alone shelves that disassemble easily and go floor to ceiling to display your shoes, your props, your yarn, etc…Keep up the good work!
