You can use willow the wikes to practice your timing, and the window does feel a little bit wider with AoD. I wind up accidentally doing parries more with it and missing the follow-up then I do normally

For the life of me I'll never understand how some of you guys get this good at games. I would have never dreamed of a no damage anything back in Nintendo/Genesis/SNES days. Now the most advanced games ever drop and 4 days later someone on youtube has 0 damage, world speed record, this game may as well be reading my mind level feats accomplished.

Tell me about it... I have been using one of the timely accessories for Torgal... i just remove it and have been trying to get my brain and hands to be able to command the doggo which usually end up in my going through potions by accident or dying because i didnt switch to medicines quick enough. It is bad enough for me keeping track of what eikon i have equipped and what one is magic/physical counters. No idea how people get this good, especially this quickly. Then again, i am sure by the time they got to NG+ and are doing these they have practiced already a bit and know the patterns... We also dont know how many tries it really was before making it into the video either.

yea you can parry virtually everything surprisingly besides some huge moves or some big charges.....even alot of the charge attacks you can parry with magic burst

Parry is nothing more than you and the opponents attacks landing at the same time. Just a timing is all keep grinding dude.

Yeah, parrying in this game is really weird. The timing isn't the same as other games. It's like you're parrying just after the enemy telegraphs their attack. Not a moment later. Keep practicing!!

Great damage! Question, instead of judgement bolt which only hits once, did you try lightning rod before the gigaflare? It procs the lightning rod on each hit of gigaflare creating even more damage

lightning rod is more for doing stagger dmg than actual damage, and judgement bolt hits twice if you have it upgraded

I've only just started my Final Fantasy NG+ and I honestly can't wait to do this kind of stuff. Currently level 49 with my main Eikons being Phoenix, Garuda and Bahamut. I also haven't mastered any attacks for use on other Eikons because I'm not quite sure what to mix. I was already thinking about using Judgement Bolt and Gigaflare on a single one for insane damage, but this video made me realize how insane they are with Odin for the level 5 Zantetsuken, so I'll try that in a moment!

I recomend megaflare, gigaflare and the electric trap ball for maximum damage, all of them at the same time obliterate health bars.

Using Phoenix with Rising Flames + Ignition, Garuda with Whicked Wheel + Diamond Dust and Odin with Gigaflare + Heaven's Cloud. This setup has been obliterating bosses, scoring well above 200K with staggers

Dread Comet is the Berserker Chocobo in final fantasy Xiii-2.....they consume a lot of chocobo fruits when you still mounting them. each artifact you colect decrease their consumption. each time you moun them...sound a heavy metal music. when you mount the normal chocobo, sounds a ritmic enthusiastic music.

parry or precision dodge increase the zantetsuken level if you hit the counter it also very cool lol

Partially just cool and partially because you have to hold the attack button to ready zantetsuken, so doing it after a parry or a dodge reduces that time a bit.

Just to clarify, his 400k are only possible cause he is lvl 100 with ultima weapon, there's no way you can do even close to that damage at the base game

@@paulomartins1813 I did up to 270k in base game, but the combo was far better than this one it was like megaflare + impulse just before staggering then diamond dust, zantetsuken lvl 5, judgment bolt, lighting rod + dancing steel, zantetsuken lvl 5 again then gigaflare
