In original they humanize too it just people don't pay attention. Each of them always had problem with bombing and things they do. Jessie aiways felt guilt over her bombs but always had crush on cloud. If cloud gave her complements it would lit her fuse she says lol. Wedge was always sympathetic and caring. He always had doubts he wasn't doing much, he always care for cloud. He used ask him personal questions and how he feel about things. Cloud always shrug him off. Briggs was cool one, he felt older then two because he was more mature about things and bit more confidence. He was also guy who always stop barret from going off,he even got hit by barret in beginning too when cloud asked for his money by punching bag. Difference here is there more cutscenes and showing plus more involvement with cloud.

This was personally one of my favorite chapters, as it introduces a brand new element to the story: from the motorcycle chase, Sector 7 topside and Jessie's house, warehouse, and skydive escape. It really makes you love Jessie, Biggs, and Wedge as more than just minor characters, as you grow to love them as the game goes on. Big credit to the writing and superb voice actors truly bringing them to life. This song even makes the noir-style storytelling of the Jessie Job a well thought-out scene.

Damanson that could be pretty interesting some of my favorite stories and character arcs include resurrections like the Red Hood and Jesus Christ. Sometimes I prefer when characters are killed to help give the story some impact, but I really don’t want to let go of Jessie just yet. I really like the game and story so far so I’m confident and hope they do it right.

I wish they had expanded ff7 with more chapters like this. This was exactly what I was hoping for when they said the first part would be in midgar. The rest of the additions were, imo, disappointing, the side quests were two dimensional and added nothing to the story. I would have loved 10 chapters exploring midgar, avalanche, the slums and everything.. and less time ghosts

It's a running gag in the Final Fantasy series starting from FFVI, they're recurring characters in different forms based on Biggs and Wedge from Star Wars. This Remake version of Biggs, Wedge, and Jessie really brought life to minor characters, and probably my 3 most liked characters in the new game.

no, every final fantasy is a different universe (some kinda at the same universe) ff 7 and ff8 are different universe, so biggs and wedge in ff8 aren't the biggs and wedge at ff7 and so is the other summons like bahamut, ifrit, shiva etc it's just an ff series iconic names, like cactuar, chocobo, each ff has them in their own way
