This man fights at the level of a 1st. I feel like he's stuck in 3rd Class due to constant insubordination, haha! Legit, he gives Cloud a run for his money both on and off the bike. (Cloud who can keep up with Sephiroth in part 1 here) He conjures lightning storms. Imbues his weapon and bike with elements for intricate use. He far outclasses the 3rd Class fodder you slaughter in late game. Man just can't get promoted and I love how he clearly doesn't care that his own company hates him. I love this character.

He was a rather amusing boss in Final Fantasy 5, who eventually got into other games as a cameo, and became a sort of comedic chorus and extra boss in later games wherever he showed up. He's generally bombastic and dramatic and treats the main character as a rival, but wasn't in Final Fantasy 7. Roche kind of acts like him, but is considerably more insane.
