@KaiJason6 жыл бұрын
Well as seen in the screen while you choose to observe A2 or 9S, there are actually 3 of each pod (a,b,c). So we "six" could also be referring to 042 a-c and 153 a-c. Still, it is a nice thought that the player is actually counted as "we".
@pezdispencer1136 жыл бұрын
Sadly it was referencing the 6 pods, the consciousness that formed when the 6 of them connected and started sharing data. That's why you see the proposal for data sharing more than once, its a different 153 and 042 talking each time.
@ultimategelobee6 жыл бұрын
I thought of the six pods at first. 3 each for both 2B/A2 and 9S. But what if you didn't get the other two pods from the desert and flood city? How would you explain when Pod 042 said but when we six were connected? I vote the players. Makes me more happy.... and sad!

I know it is way to late, but I still want to thank your and your videos that help me understand this game better and deeper. I know about the previous Nier replicant and DOD series, so most shock parts didn't suprise me that much, since something similar happened, and so do some players who made video about this game that I have watched. But these "background knowledge" lead to something important missed. You, the one who totally new to Nier or DOD, find so many things that I overlooked. For example, the battle between 21O and 9S, there are times of times of hacking before 21O can be attacked. At first I just thought hacking is to destroy the defense field around 21O so that we can attack her and continue the game. After I watched your video, I realised those hacking could also be 9S's hard working to SAVE 21O by hacking. Thank you so much for bringing us such wonderful playing of Nier Automata. P.S. Some follow up scens of the E ending shown u as the reading parts within the Nier Automata concert (in Japanese though), it shows that 2B and 9S wake up finally~

Kind of tempted to do multiple playthroughs with each new playthrough using the name of a Nier or Drakengard character. That way it looks like the people of the past (and whatever alternate dimension Drakengard 2 is) are coming to help you, and by extension 2B, 9S, and A2, as a way of atoning for the mistakes that led up to the android's tragedy. I'd have to take breaks between playthroughs so I won't bore myself though. Repetition can ruin the fun of anything as I have come to find out.

There's low probabilities there will be a NieR automata 2. YoRHa is gone, the machine life form network is also gone so there's no reason for combat anymore. Basically this ending says they are alive & we can infer that they had a peaceful life after
@ahadzeb11427 жыл бұрын
Arnaldo Vicenty People said that for the original Nier too. The Gestalts were gone so nobody thought there was anything left to fight, but they gave us machines in this game. Given the huge success this game has had, chances of a sequel are pretty high. Chances of Drakengard 4 are also high, since Nier and Drakengard are set during different periods of the same universe.
