I developed tendonitis in both my knees that wouldn't go away. Bought a sturdy wooden board that's slanted at about 45 degrees. You do squats on it instead of on the floor because the slant takes your hamstrings out of the equation and strengthens the tendons. This is the most epic thing to listen to while doing something so incredibly mundane. I got so into it and I remain unashamed.

@@theethereal188 appreciate it! Update on it if anyone was or is ever in the boat I am, I don't have issues with my knees anymore. I use those single straps that go over your knee and it seems to prevent injury and pain for tendonitis while running. Squats helped tremendously too. Just keep working at it!
