Quick tip: If you've finished the game once you'll be granted the "Chapter Select" option. When going to different chapters, all side quests will be no longer finished, but will make you do them again (same thing goes for hunts). Therefore you can kill adamantoise and then accept the reward from takka. Then chapter select to 15 (or whatever you want) to go and accept the quest again and kill adamantoise and you can have all your characters with 9999 hp without the proper equipment

I always play the full game on every difficulty available. The easy mode let me know which places I really need to wait before trying(lvl 45 dungeons while lvl 10 was a bad idea. Even with "ruby light" it took forever to get out of them)

You know the Lasagna in Altissa (which Ignis learns) gives you a 100% Exp boost right? Couple that with a Moogle Bangle with the 3x Exp Hotel Suite and boom 320% Increase in EXP. Sure someone already said it though.

Moogle Bangles stack, so you can have 3 of them, which would make a 160%, plus the 100% from Altissia's Lassagna, plus you can x3 it so it would be 780%. Insane, right?

No no no you are doing it all wrong the moogle charms and exp buffs from food are multiplied by resting since you have alreade been given the exp in other words 3 moogle charms 60% Lasgna 100% Lets say you get 100exp for and enemy you will get 260exp then once you rest this number is tripled giving you 780 exp

There's a meal in Altissa that gives you 100% exp bonus, I think it costs about 8k, but you'll go from 50s to 99 in a couple hours or less just doing that Wyvern quest, all while gaining Gil from the wings.

1000+ AP an hour: Inside the little canyon area to the North West of the Three Valleys parking spot. Once there, find the Sabertusk spawn that's between the Treasure and Ingredient spawn. Use Shield of the Just for AoE Warp Strike to basically one shot the entire group with one warp strike (yes this will trigger the AP/warp strike kill per enemy killed, meaning 4 kills with one AoE Warp Strike will give you 4 AP). This method is quick enough to get kills before the game recognizes you're in combat which will not trigger Noctis' automatic animation when the Score Card comes up because it just never comes up. This will allow you to rapidly chain "Summon Enemies" without needing to wait at all. So no, your method is not the fastest way. =)

yea I saw another video about it that was uploaded a couple days before this one. :o no worries tho. At any rate this method is going to be the fastest for a good while. They already announced the kind of gear that's gonna be in the Hoiday DLC Pack and it includes 3 different accessories that will give extra AP for getting A+ ratings in the 3 different battle categories. So wearing those plus this method will generate even more AP. since if combat does trigger during this method, which it does at times, you'll always end up with A+ for Battle and Time.

Someone's probably mentioned this but pressing L3 (Auto-sprint thingy) when your stamina bar is down to the bounds of S in the "ST" while sprinting refills your stamina bar, letting you have pretty much infinite sprinting. Found this pretty nifty when ranging that Ravatogh path thingy for example.

never understood the point on expierence "exploits" especially in singleplayer games, if you beat the game and all its duengons and vaults, you'll hit lvl 99, most likely before that if you're able to save up tons of exp.

To make said dungeons and vaults easier to beat? Sometimes end-game content is actually challenging, and it's worth a few hours investment to hit max level or some ridiculous high level so you can mow down all the opposition.

The ap method, use the shield you get from the royal tomb, if you get it right you can kill all 3/4 enemies in one hit. Also chose a spot where the empire will not bother you. I get about 1200-1500 AP an hour.

the best meal is the meal in Altissa that gives 100% exp not the wiz post. However, it is best using wiz post meal and galdin quay before the Altissa chapter. Once you have the Altissa meal using one of the 96 exp magic at the hunt you farm gil, you get 45k per battle compared to 4k without any bonuses so 5 battles with 1 cast per would put you around 220k which IS better then using them all at once which for this battle is between 120k-150k. P.S. you can equip 3 moogle charms per character for another 60%exp and they're super easy to get since you only need to score 40pts on the Altissa special Justice Monsters machine.

ignis does unlock it but you have to camp to have him cook it which adds up your exp. So its better to just buy it so you can rest at altissa for the exp instead.

Aaron Cookerly yeah you can do ignis meal for the first meal but since your not going to camp again you'll want to eat in Altissa till your ready to sleep at the right side of Altissa hotel for x3 exp and of course if not to Altissa yet use the 50% meal instead and sleep at galdin quay but I'm sure that's obvious. But the Altissa method while farming the wyvern hunt with exp magic and 12 moogle charms is the best way to go.

If you buy the sword “Ragnarok” in the store(I think it’s $1 or $1.50 I forgot. ) it does the highest damage when you do the Warp Strike. If you combine that with the “Rare Metal” you can do 35K damage. Also using Ignis enhancement spell, you can double that damage up to 70K. The “Rare Metal” is in the Last Chapter. But you can go back and use it after you get it. I went back to the Hard Dungeon to get the all the loot in the game. The Machine you have to Fight is very Hard. It’s a marathon. Learn the pattern, stock up on Revives. You do damages like 100. But the monster’s HP, is only like 3K. You have to grind it out and stay alive. But once you defeat it, it’s worth it. Cheers.

That Ap method was something i just discovered running a quest. I ran into some low level imperials and kept warp striking them and getting 1 ap per kill. I instantly thought "im farming the skit out of these guys".

with the beast whistle ap farming method, as soon as youve killed the last monster you wanna start sprinting for a second and before the exp counter actually comes up you wanna blow the whistle again. catches it before it greys out so you can basically just keep summoning with about a 1 sec gap

hold the left stick down when playing justice monsters five to cut to the center (for those annoying matches with 1 bumper) using this method in the second outpost (beginning of the game) to get the celstriad, emerald bracelet, and I think it was platinum bangle (I farmed 3, and sold the celestriad for 15k Gil) made my second game an interesting experience. if you can master cutting (it's just a reversed mirror) you can cut the time to farm the high level chest items significantly (discovered it farming lord vexos lol) hope it helps.

With the adamantite bangle, you can cheese the adamantoise using Alterna (hold Y/Triangle with ring equipped whilst targeting Adamantoise). This takes quite a while to proc, but there are loads of warp points to refresh all your MP. In terms of farming the Adamantite Bangle, just do "chapter select" chapter 15 until you have 4 of these on 1 savw file and then your whole party will have 9999 HP.

farming wyvern wings for magic crafting is worth it as well in the early chapters. each wyvern wing added has potency boost of about 12 and it is tricast, not bad considering wyvern wing farming can be done in pretty quick time

Zu beaks are better for elemancy imo. The justice monster reward gives a lower potency spell, and you need spells for each element meaning you're going to be farming this way longer than it takes to get enough zu beaks to make max potency spells for each element

Only item worth grabbing from those machines are the wind up lord vexxos. Theres another item you can farm that gives you hp similar to onion bangle, 100 strength like dark matter and 70 physical defence ( vitality ). You dont need onion bangle to reach hp cap. Level your acendance tree for hp and equip a few megitek v2 suits and youll reach max hp and max attack and a good chunk of physical defence

Carbuncle only summons if you have completed the platinum demo. There are a few different spots on the AP farm where you don't encounter the Magitek troop ships. one place is right out front of hammer head where the Roman looking pillars are.

in regards to AP there is a way more efficient way, not sure if anyone has mentioned it already but you need the shield armiture weapon. there is a camp south west of hammerhead that has a small clearing in the mountain that spawns 2 to 4 enemies all in a single group, the shield has an aoe when warp striking and if you get it timed right you will kill all enemies before aggro and can immediately whistle and fight and you won't have to wait for the obnoxious after battle animation (I don't believe you get xp though). let me know if you want a little more info, I can add you on ps4 and stream and show you. basically going from morning to dark (in game, 1 full day) and you get about 600 AP, usually takes about 25-30 minutes for a day to pass then go rest at the campsite for the next day.

Also one thing that is partially mentioned is to get the Lasagna from Altissa which gives you 100% exp bonus ofc and everyone says to put on a moogle charm and fight cactuars which do give you some exp BUT I found out a faster way to get at least 1,000,000 exp to later get 3,000,000 exp with the 3x Exp Suite and that is to get a lot of Ethers, eat the lasagna ans quickly go to Lucis and battle the adamantoise with the ring of lucii's ability Alterna. Yes, it is possible to defeat it with the ring but you will need a lot of Ethers because it will require a lot of tries. Or not if youre lucky. Most likely you wont go through a lot. and occasionally you can do Expericast to make it even faster. you get about 100,000 exp after defeating the Adamantoise and luckily the lasagna is most likely gonna let you go through 10 adamantoise quests which is perfect to get a million exp. And its a lot faster than all the cactuar fighting and using moogle charms and like 1659 expericast spells and all that yadda yadda

A) There is no dragon, that's a Behemoth B) Ardyn isn't related to Noctis C) The boss in question is Ifrit And lastly, the game is legitimately easier in all stages on easy. Enemies do less damage and have less health, it's not just the "no death" thing.

Actually, you don't have to complete the game if you want to get the ring. You'll get it in chapter 12/13, I forgot.. in that time, after getting the ring, just go back to the past lucis, and hit at least 70++ for easy kill in the remaining chapters.

You shouldn't even concider XP grinding if it's only for the story. The real deal is the endgame content, which you kinda HAVE to be lvl 99 to survive So yeah, Ring of Lucii and the Altissia Meal are really important

DerUnbekannteFlo I always grind to 99 for the final boss since ff7. It's an ocd thing, I have to 100% what I can before the credits roll which I did (lvl99 and 95hrs at end credits) But this game is one of those that unlocks stuff after the game which I guess is nice. I have to say I prefer having all the hidden bosses accessible before end game it makes the credits rolling so much more satisfying because you've completed EVERYTHING and deserve those credits lol just me.

don't forget to tap B wile your stamina gauge is in between the s&p gauge so that you do not run out of stamina all of the time. just something I found wile running around tired of stamina running out.

I make that, playing on Justice Monsters Five (10K - Altesia) is the best way of making Gil because you can make 1M an hour, per game if you do it right don't take anyway longer than 30min; best way of doing this is by working out how elementals work within the game which orb is stronger against which, as for example water monsters will be stronger against fire etc. Holding down on the Left Joystick will guaranteed you every single hit on the bumper, try and work out the ball weakness too will help you win the game faster if you don't loose any balls (orbs) this way - that's how you make 1M per hour on Justice monsters 5.

if you're going to grind AP make sure to use the Shield of Just to warp strike. The warp strike from the Shield does aoe damage and hits everything around it letting you grind MUCH much faster.

In regards to exp, magho's lasagna gives 100% exp. The galdin hotel room gives x3. Moogle charms are 20% per accessory, stackable.

the new item blitzers fanfare will add 2 AP for getting an A in time so if you add that to the beast whistle trick out side hammerhead you can get about 5 AP every 15 seconds

I got this invincibility armor when I was playing first time around chapter 2 or 3. When did I get it ? It literally makes fight impossible to lose since you take no damage. i'm on new game + now and just putting it when hunting gets too hard but still, why would they put something like that in the game? It gives you no challenge when you have that option !

the best way to farm exp is eat the magho lasigne from altisia :) then kill the adamentoise with alterna that will give you a lot of exp while the food you just ate increases exp rate 100% :D so it works for me :D

You can in fact farm adamantoise multiple times! I’ve got two of the bangles now and not really sure if it’s worth it farming more but just returning to the past with umbra (after game completion) and the hunt is always back up. Not sure if someone said this already but yup

if u finish chocobo quest u get a new food its a XXXXX hamburger that gives 100% exp boost and cost less money the one u talk cost 300.000 gil and give a boost to all stats and 100% exp boost

Using the Shield of the Just royal arm will instakill big groups of lower level enemies instantly when warp striking. Not neccessary for the AP farming but it will will increase your efficiency by reducing the time it takes to kill them.
