Rules clarification: only one affliction can be resolved per turn! Ooops. Learning for next time.

Just wondering, for the set up, how do you know where to put the tiles? Love the chance to see a S3 feature film before I get my hands on them!

@ I shuffled them and put them out randomly.

Congrats on the win! See you put up two single health tokens when he survived your attack. Recommend taking one of those white health markers instead, which would remind you to roll 1 extra die when he is at 1 health. Since that extra damage from the retaliate shouldnt have been done after revealing the final health token, you wouldn't have gotten an extra dice that last fight. But it might help in the future 🙂 also, when you reveal the black health token, the current phase ends. So when you revealed it in the killer phase, that phase would have ended, before revealing terror cards. Which is pretty sweet tech. And the whip totally works, as with any fight card unless otherwise stated 😎 Great playthrough again! Lots of rules and a new film on camera, so hope I'm not rules lawyering too hard, lot to keep track of for you. I recently played with the zombies killer, and made so many rules mistakes the first 5 rounds I just had to call it quits based on that, so I am definetly throwing stones in a glass house here 😛🙂

@@Gnulash thank you!! I’m loving the rules feedback in the comments. Especially for solo games it’s a huge help - and I just learned how to add Klingon captions so I can add rules feedback to the video. Such a fun game.

I really enjoyed watching this but I do wish to point out some errors. When you revealed the killer's final health token and there were 2 health remaining, the phase should have ended immediately (see page 28 of the rulebook). The damage from retaliate would not have carried over. The Killer phase should have immediately ended and then you would have moved straight into the panic phase. I also noticed you were doing the planning phase before the action phase. It should be the other way round (for example at 30:00).

@ I’m probably going to do a quick video for rules I commonly get wrong in FG. I did that for Cthulhu Death May Die. I like those videos as a quick reminder so this is a big help!

Brilliant playthrough! Why the blue meeple for the final girl? Is she feeling blue? :)

Nice playthrough, I didn't go in for season three, but I may regret that. I would have thought bloodlust should increase even if you killed the victim as the rules state that bloodlust increases if a victim dies for any reason. I also assume you'd need to use an attack card to kill the victim.
@Sandyfruitcake17 күн бұрын
@@tomz346 ah thank you. Yes not sure on that one. It said “when a victims would be saved kill them instead” so I figured no attack required. But you might be right! Will ask the publisher on BGG as it’s not clear in the pamphlet.

@@Sandyfruitcake It seems clear to me that "instead" means the result of your rescuing them is replaced by killing them, like you did. Also, rules state explicitly you can't attack victims (which applies when there's some special victim you would like to get rid of, like the werewolf or the murder doctor, but you're not allowed to). Only mistakes I can see in the playthrough (which was great, btw!) is that you do add the weapon's bonus damage to all attacks you make, including retaliate, but you don't carry over extra damage after you reveal the final health token. In fact, the current phase immediately ends at that point, you can't do anything else while the killer is coming back to life (because thematically you thought he was dead and the whole thing was over). Same applies to the killer when you reveal extra health under your token, the terror phase ends, killer can't do anything else and no terror card is drawn and so on. (In the end, you missed a damage and then did a damage more, so it balanced it out somehow). You should also use the white final health tokens, because they remind you of the bonus die you get when there's only one health left, which is easy to forget.
