What an amazing cue setup Gorst has. Viking / Whyte Carbon love the simple design too. Only time will tell if more manufacturers are going to go all carbon including butts or resin composites like Cuetec…wood butts and carbon fibre shafts are conflicting technologies…synergy is what the future is all about but top players do t want too harsh a hit…they want just the right amount of feedback like tour pro golfers

Thank you for the match, Pro Billiard TV. If the production crew is listening, please don't have commentators dial in via Skype over a satellite internet connection. The latency and talking collisions are rough. If they're not on site, consider recording commentary post-match. Thanks.

Agreed
@federicosiderac3005Ай бұрын
Saludos

29:50 what are these commentators talking about. There are documented cases when Filler has fouled and pretended like nothing. He doesn't call fouls on himself for 5 cents.

Did Dr. Dave prove that was a foul? You can’t jump a ball without cue elevation and not double hit.

Choice 8-ball is a joke at professional level. Gotta play take what you make and make 8 ball more exciting and not so repetitive.

I agree. Also maybe have the audience randomly yell shit out before they shoot to mix things up a bit. Seriously though on a 9 ft table this is to easy for them. 4" pockets would help.

Germs turn it on harder and too clean an environment makes it weak and helpless when a really dirty situation strikes, and no-one wants their cavalry asleep when an invading force comes to your door. 8 ball should never be played on a 9 ft. A 7 ft is the way it's meant to be played. The congestion is what makes 8 ball hard.
@jessecumbee6156Ай бұрын
Camera angle could be better. Also some more slow mo. Wanted to see if Gorst is breaking from the side and hitting in like with the head ball or the second. Looks like he’s hitting the head like a 9 break from the angle they showed on the brakes
@King_CJ.LetsGoАй бұрын
He is hitting head ball like a side rail 10 ball break. He’s hitting it that way to play for either of the second balls from corner ball on the back row to go up into either of the top corner pockets. And it leaves a messy rack. Compared to how Josh started the match breaking, spreading the balls and leaving a roadmap for either player, in most cases.

They are bigger twats than wpa. they banned Filler from Reyes and Mosconi cup cause he went to the predator world 8ball championship, at the same time a few months ago this year they were taking the high ground stating that they never ban players from participating in their shit regardless of any other tourneys they play in. i guess their word is cheaper than their pack of cigarettes, it went up in smoke easier lol. fuck Matchroom, Fuck Emily Frazer and her gray felt and pink 4, and fuck Barry Hearn too, for good measure.
