Good Russian language, Matt here's what Vitaly said 02:30 I'm in a good mood right now thanks to 8-9 hours of sleep I had before. Even more I'm gonna take a nap again until the event starts. I already have had my breakfast. Approximately in 1-2 hours I will have a lunch which is gonna be my last meal time before the match. Usually you don't feel like eating before the competition. In my case it's not good to eat a lot before the fight because I may lose focus and start feeling relaxed. So no more food after the lunch for sure. After that I need to prepare myself mentally and keep focusing on the upcoming match to show a good fight. 03:25 Vitaly probably triggered on Ermes thinking he is stronger than Vitaly. This is only what his body makes him feel like...His organism...I mean objectively how he can judge who is stronger among us two right now if our last sparring table session was long time ago. Ermes has no clue what he is talking about. 4:00 Matt asking Vitaly opinion on Ermes considering Vitaly may have more endurance than him. And he asks what Vitaly's thoughts about it? I don't want to overthink before the actual fight. Let Ermes does this job for me. I wish him to go deep into thinking instead of concentrating on a good sleep and meal. I'm not gonna overthink but I'm gonna put a hard work on the table.
