Field 23 is where I put my grapes. From one side to the other it was roughly $400 thousand and when harvested I got almost 20,000L. They are a lot of work though. Lol

There is a collectible west of field 5, on a brokem piece of wall behind a house. And I think the last one you're missing is the one by a house just north of the farmshop.

You could delete the chicken coop next to the cows and put the sheep there (maybe a larger sheep enclosure) and then have three chicken coops next to each other right where you built the first one.

Service and pressure wash day! Line all your equipment up for a showing :). One other suggestion is to purchase a small hut for your forklift and telehandler since they are utility tractors in your yard.

when you get the new field for vineyard make sure its a longrt one. Its more effective tro harvest long rows instead of several "short" ones like you got now. Like the olives is a decent length.

Or get the Vinehouse mod and grow them in a greenhouse. Save a ton of money on machinery. Plus the grape harvester fills much quicker than the olive one so you find yourselve full half way down a row with no way out. Which gets tedious having to go back down a row to finish it IMHO. But each to there own.

I would like to see you build a shed for your olive equipment, tractor, trailer, mulcher ect maybe up near the trees at the top, you could cut a couple down for saw mill, keep furniture going. Big fan of replacing the sheep by a large sheep barn. You have the spinnery and future tailorshop. 1 sheep barn supports 1 tailor aproximately which feels much better as the output is quite low overall in terms of amount of pallets. Also the sheep barn just looks nice :)

I don't have numbers to back this up but on my own play through I find I need 2 spinnerys working full out year around to make the tailor shop worth it. It burns through the fabric so quickly it is idle most of the year without 2 spinnerys constantly feeding in to it. Of course do your own testing on it but perhaps it is something to keep in mind.

ALSO think you should do a swap of the grape harvester for a olive harvester free or even a small fee etc and hire the grape harvester when you need it eventually as olives will be the focus

The generators are a good investment, I've started a "solar farm" on one of my maps and the larger solar panel will pay for itself in less than a year, I'm going on 20 panels so the monthly income is nice in between harvests.

@@The_Leeroy I don’t think it does but once you get enough of them it’s still a good amount of money. It seems to fluctuate with the seasons too with more income in the summer and less in winter.

Since you are redoing the new part of the olive grove. Maybe off screen you should delete the factory fix the ground level and rebuild for free the factory and the contents etc. Will let you fix the uneven and bumpy unload spot

You did the olives wrong again. Start at the bottom of the field to plant the new rows, that way they all end at the same height. Currently, they end all over the place and not looking nice.

I think the field of olives has alot of potential for landscape design. You could have the ends of the rows at the top of the field stagger down diagonally instead of half being really long and the other half really short. Sandy texture between the rows of olive trees, maybe a hedge between the field and the road, smoothen out the land around the oil factory and out some small trees around it to separate the field. Google olive grove and look at images for some inspiration. I really enjoyed this video, I have been watching your videos for many years now and i still cannot figure out how you play without sound. How is this possible 😁

Whilst the woodland looks pretty, you must wonder what its real cost has been in lost productive field space. Many of the limitations on progress (especially the feeding of your voracious chickens 😀) result from having too few arable fields. Hopefully the income from productions can fund more fields, instead of more large machinery that is not (yet) needed on the few fields you have. After all, without big fields there is no need to buy a Case Steiger, and that is sadness...

Service costs are small on machines like harvester, that are used once a year. Tractors are expensive to keep. The big tractor is definitely one to buy new and replace when it gets old. I wonder if someone's calculated the optimal use hours before replacing? Probably. Leasing gets expensive, because the money doesn't add to your property. On machines that are used once a year, it is tolerable, but still more expensive than buying in long run.

❤️🎞️👍 lovin'the vids Don't know if you care. Because I'm sure you are playing this series with periodic liming and plowing turned off. But can you check yeild bonus on new olives. you may want to check the new olives if they need plowing or lime. I have found if i paint texture after the fact it ruins soil states. And yeild amount drops dramatically, permenently. And have areas under rows i can never remove the "needs plowing" state. I have always had to grow one crop like sorghum so i can get the mulch state then plow, lime and plant with something cheap so can roll. Then plant olives, grapes to permenently increase yeild amount. Maybe they have patched the need for this out and this technique is obsolete.
