It's not easy fixing new panels into an old car. They may be slightly out of spec and (for example) cause bodyline fit issues. Always a good idea to screw the panels in and close all doors and openings. In this case I see a few collision issues and I believe that includes distortion of the trunk lid on the driver's side. I suspect a very slight twist in the loose top quarter piece which lead you to fix the outer rear quarter too far out at the bottom. Looks like you are prevailing. I hope you didn't get a copyright strike for Derek and the Dominos.

It's coming along real good man! I got my drivers side frame rail in and welded to the inner rocker panel and I'm now working on patching a hole in the end of the rocker panel where the wheelhouse fits into it so I can get that put in. I spent the day on the road yesterday scoring a 9" rearend from craigslist that came out of an econoline and has already been made to fit my car.

I’m having a difficult time getting the holes to lay flat where you had to bend it. I don’t have a piece of railroad track. Any suggestions? Thanks

You could use a 2’ long piece of 2” x1/4” angle iron and clamp it in a vise. That would give you a good flat surface with a clean edge to hammer it flat. Good luck
